AI agents where you used to
copy-paste, click, and email.
Drop a brief. Watch the agent draft RFQs, dispatch them, parse replies, and rank the bids.
Real problems.
Purpose-built agents.
Trusted by teams from
Combinator companies
From distributor lock-in to direct supply, in a week.
Sanvivo, a mid-size pharma manufacturer in Germany, was buying child-resistant lids through a distributor. SupplyChat delivered competing offers within hours and a ready-to-sign contract shortly after.
Procurement is mostly copy-paste.
The job hasn't changed in 20 years: pull data out of one system, paste it into another, write the same email to ten suppliers, parse the replies by hand. Agents do this work end-to-end.
Manual procurement
- Copy-pasting specs from PDFs into spreadsheets and ERPs.
- Sending the same RFQ email to 12 suppliers, one by one.
- Reading every reply and re-keying prices, lead times, MOQs.
- Chasing late deliveries via email, follow-up, follow-up again.
- Re-running the whole flow next month for the same SKU.
Agent-led procurement
- Specs parsed once, fields extracted into structured data.
- RFQs drafted and dispatched to all suppliers in parallel.
- Replies parsed automatically, normalized to TCO, ranked.
- Open POs scanned weekly, late suppliers chased on a schedule.
- Workflow re-runs itself. Buyers review outputs, not inputs.
What teams are saying
"I spent three months in the company and I'm already doing the work that took three people. They told me: please don't show anyone you're this fast."
"I typed 'mouse study' and it immediately knew the right procurement categories, the specs, everything. That's exactly how it should work."
"I have a client with exactly this case, private label automotive parts sourced from China. When I saw the demo, I knew this was the right fit."
"SupplyChat minimizes the part of the knowledge circle you never see, the things you don't know you don't know. That's where we found the real value."
"80-90% of our deals run over WhatsApp, even PDFs with a Stripe checkout on your phone. The fact that the system handles that channel already changed our speed."
"The question I always ask is: can you prove these are the best suppliers? For the first time, I saw something that answers that automatically."

Why we're building SupplyChat.
Procurement teams are being asked to save more with less. Direct sourcing is the obvious lever, but it takes time most teams don't have. We built SupplyChat to be that team: AI-first procurement experts who run sourcing and negotiation end-to-end.

How does an engagement work?
You pick a workflow (RFQ, supplier search, compliance, expediting…), we run it end-to-end on one of your real categories, and deliver the output: award memo, supplier shortlist, audit pack, status board. Typical first run takes 5–10 working days.
What do you need from us to start?
Whatever you have. A spec sheet, a supplier list, an open PO export from your ERP, even just an email thread. The agents are built to handle the messy formats teams already use: PDFs, CSVs, EDI, free-text emails. No data prep required upfront.
How is this different from hiring a buyer?
A buyer can run two or three RFQs at a time. An agent runs twelve in parallel and never drops a follow-up. Buyers are still in the loop. They review the agent's outputs, set the guardrails, and decide what to approve. The agent does the keyboard work; the human does the judgment.
What about data security and compliance?
Your data stays in EU-hosted infrastructure. We don't train on your data. SOC 2 controls and DPA on request. For regulated workflows (LkSG, BAFA), the audit trail is built into the agent's output, not bolted on after.
What happens after the first workflow?
If the output is useful, we agree on which workflows to run continuously and on what cadence. If it isn't, you keep the deliverable and walk away. No long-term lock-in, no per-seat licensing.
